If you order the items we have in stock, we can send you within 5 working days.

If you order the products need to customize, about 30-45 days to produce.

2. How about sample policy?

If we have the sample u want in stock, we will provide free sample to u. But u need pay for the shipping. If we don't have in stock, then u should pay the cost of sample customized. Don't worry, we will refund u the sampling cost if u order later.

4. If I want to customize my own makeup, how should I do?

We are a professional makeup manufacturer. We can customize the makeup that you want. First, tell us which products and details that you want. If you can send us your sample, it’s better. We will make a new sample according to your quality. Second, paying the sampling cost, then we start to make the sample. And send you to confirm the quality. Finally, paying some deposit, we will start mass production. Don’t worry, we will refund you the sampling cost if you order.

5. What's your MOQ?

Usually, if u order the items those we have in stock, MOQ is 100pcs. If less than this quantity, pls contact with us.

6. Can you print logo on the package?

Yes, we can. But usually, we only print the logo on the packages with one color.

If multi-colored, need to customize.

7, How do you print the logo?

You just need to send us your logo design. AI file is best. Then we will make he printing film and print. 

If you want other printing effect, like hot stamp, silver foiled. Pls tell me in advance. We can do it also.
